You’ll get a refund, if

3. an item that has not been downloaded yet.

You’ll not get a refund, if
1. You bought an item by mistake.
2. You change your mind.
3. To use the item, you lack the necessary skills.
4. If there is an issue with 3rd party plugins/scripts.
5. conflicting with third-party addons or scripts or not functioning with them.
6. The problem you raised is incorrect.

Before requesting a refund, you must first get in touch with us to inform us of the issues. You will get a refund if we are unable to fix the issue. If you don’t inform us of and fully describe the issue you’re experiencing, we can’t provide a refund to you.
